Application Process
It's easy – just follow the steps below!
As part of our effort to ensure a well-matched cohort, we ask all applicants to respond to a short series of questions and engage in a brief informational interview. Our goal is to create a retreat experience that fosters meaningful connections among all participants. Following the interview, we'll let you know if we believe this cohort is a good fit for you.

This form signals your interest in attending and gives us a sense of your intentions in for the retreat. Please complete it as soon as you are able. We review interest forms as they are received and will close applications as soon as the retreat is full.

Complete an informal interview
Once we've reviewed your interest form, you will be invited for an interview. Our aim is answer any questions you may have and to determine whether or not the retreat model and cohort are a good fit for you at this time. (Please note that due to limited space and the parameters of this retreat, not all applicants will be accepted.)

Secure your spot
Soon after the interview, you will be notified regarding your acceptance. At that time you can secure your place on the retreat by submitting your payment in full. (We'll announce our new rates in October 2025.) Payment is fully refundable when cancellation is made by March 1, 2026. You may receive a 50% refund if you cancel between March 1 and April 15th, 2026. No refunds will be made after April 15th, 2026.
