This form is aimed at assessing whether this retreat is a good fit for you. The information will also help ensure that we're able to provide the best retreat experience possible for those who are accepted.

Process and Timeline

Step 1: Please complete this form as soon as you are able. We review interest forms as they are received and will close enrollment as soon as the retreat is full.

Step 2: Once your interest is reviewed, we'll invite you to meet with a member of our team. Please note that due to limited space and the parameters of this retreat, not all applicants will be accepted for the retreat. Our aim is to determine whether or not the retreat model and cohort are a good fit for you at this time.

Step 3: Soon after this initial meeting, you will be notified regarding your acceptance. At that time you can secure your place on the retreat by submitting your payment in full of $4,850 within 2 weeks. This payment is fully refundable when cancellation is made by April 1, 2027. You may receive a 50% refund if you cancel between April 1st and May 15th, 2027. No refunds will be made after May 15th, 2027.

Step 4: To ensure you're fully protected, we strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to cover your investment should anything prevent you from being able to attend.

Psilocybin can cause experiences with intense affective states. How would you describe your ability and/or willingness to potentially experience such states and also share space in which others may temporarily be highly emotional and/or uninhibited?

It’s important to us to try to be inclusive of and responsive to participants' identity and cultural variables. We would appreciate knowing anything of your background, identity, and/or culture that you feel might be important for us to know about.

Do you have any health concerns that we should be considering? (The most important when it comes to psilocybin are potential cardiac issues.)

Do you have any accessibility or disability accommodations that we should be aware of?

This retreat calls for participant commitment to online preparation and integration sessions pre and post retreat, as well as flexibility during the retreat to help out around the upkeep of shared living quarters. With that in mind, are you willing to:

Participate in recommended pre-retreat preparation activities (e.g. readings, preparation meetings, intention-setting assignments, etc.)

Participate in integration sessions after the retreat?

Participate in all group activities during the retreat. (e.g., process groups)

Be flexible in sharing space with a group totaling 22 people (16 participants, 6 Setters)

Organize your own transportation to and from the retreat

Secure your own psilocybin truffles before the retreat (with guidance from the retreat team)
