Process and Timeline
Step 1: Please complete this form as soon as you are able. We review interest forms as they are received and will close enrollment as soon as the retreat is full.
Step 2: Once your interest is reviewed, we'll invite you to meet with a member of our team. Please note that due to limited space and the parameters of this retreat, not all applicants will be accepted for the retreat. Our aim is to determine whether or not the retreat model and cohort are a good fit for you at this time.
Step 3: Soon after this initial meeting, you will be notified regarding your acceptance. At that time you can secure your place on the retreat by submitting your payment in full of $4,750 within 3 weeks. This payment is fully refundable when cancellation is made by March 1, 2026. You may receive a 50% refund if you cancel between March 1st and April 15th, 2026. No refunds will be made after April 15th, 2026.
Step 4: To ensure you're fully protected, please make sure you have travel insurance—it's a requirement for all participants.
